Alameda Councilmember Malia Vella Endorses Greg Boller’s Campaign for City Council

Alameda City Council candidate Greg Boller announced today that he has received the endorsement of current Councilmember Malia Vella for the November 5th election.

“I am proud to have received Councilmember Vella’s endorsement,” said Boller. “It means a great deal to me, as she is someone I’ve admired on the council for her tenacity and passion in supporting working families, walkable neighborhoods, and affordable housing. She has also been a strong advocate for law enforcement — we see eye-to-eye on most issues.”

This election will be conducted by mail-in ballot, and voters will begin receiving their ballots in early October. Voters can drop off their ballots at Vote Centers between October 26 and November 5, at Ballot Drop Boxes, or mail them back to County Elections.

Greg Boller, a 5th-generation Alamedan, is an Alameda County Prosecutor who focuses on prosecuting human trafficking cases. He attended local schools and has been active in the community, serving on the boards of Alameda Meals on Wheels and the Alameda Boys and Girls Club. Boller is currently a Public Health Commissioner for Alameda County.
